Nissan Kicks Will Be Priced Starting at $17,998

Unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show last November, the 2018 Nissan Kicks is about to hit showrooms in June. Featuring a wide range of safety technology and a spacious interior, the Kicks will be Nissan’s brand new entry-level SUV. This week, we learned that it will also be Nissan’s most affordable SUV with a starting price of just $ 17,998.

The new Kicks thus becomes one of the most affordable SUVs in Canada. There will be three versions available in the new Kicks starting with the S model followed by the SV and SR. Every model gets a new 1.6-liter, turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 125 horsepower and 115 pound-feet of torque. Fuel economy will be impressive with an anticipated average of just 6.6 liters per 100 kilometers.

Expect a wide range of active safety systems as well such as collision warning with automatic braking, and a AroundView monitor backup camera to help with parking.
