New Special Edition Pathfinder Offers Distinctive Touches

If you’re looking for something a little different, something that will stand out, then the new special edition Pathfinder Rock Creek may be just the answer.

The first Rock Creek model arrived at Vickar Nissan in mid-April.

“The Rock Creek edition was rated by the IIHS (insurance Institute for Highway Safety) as its top safety pick for 2019 in its category,” says Vickar Nissan sales consultant Andrew Courchene. “And with seven seats, you can take the family anywhere.”

The Rock Creek model is available in one of four colours - Pearl White, Gun Metallic and Magnetic Black and Midnight Green Pine metallic (the latter a colour that is unique to this model) and a choice of two trims – the SV and the SL, Courchene reports.

The SV model’s interior is half leather, half cloth as compared to full leather for the SL.

Both trims boast a number of unique features, Courchene notes, including 18” aluminum-alloy wheels with all-season tires and black fenders, black front grille, outside door handles, side mirrors, roof rails and crossbars and black exterior badging, two-tone interior with high-contrast orange stitching and Rock Creek front seat badging, all-season floor mats, heated front seats and tow-hitch receiver with 7-pin wiring harness.

Standard intelligent mobility safety features include rear cross traffic alert, blind spot warning and intelligent cruise control.

Courchene points out that additional standard features for the higher end SL include dual-purpose mirrors, 360 degree camera, heated rear seats and BOSE sound system.

The first Rock Creek edition Pathfinder to arrive at Vickar Nissan sold quickly, Courchene reports. There are currently two models in stock with a few more on the way.
